45 minute treatments....$ 60

Our 45 minute sessions begin with a full injury screen and FMS movement assessment. This is one of our main tools that begin to diagnose the reason(s) behind your injury or dysfunction. All sessions include treatment, but modalities used may vary between treatments.  Treatment modalities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Deep Tissue Fascial therapy
  • Active Release Technique (ART)
  • Graston and IASTM
  • Muscle Activation Technique (MAT)
  • Joint Mobilizations
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
  • Home Exercise Plan (HEP)
  • Cupping

Each client will be sent or take home with them a home exercise plan to continue working on their exercises and rehab. This may change from week to week depending on your progress.

60 minute treatments....$80

Our 60 minute sessions include all the benefits of our 45 minute sessions but with more treatment time. This is mostly recommended for  patients that might have multiple or severe injuries or concerns.

Monthly Personal Training: 2x/WK............$500

PRs is now offering Personal 1-1 training! Available by appointment Monday- Saturday, PRs is here to bring your health and fitness to the next level using safe and effective training principles proven to yield results. Training in this program requires a one month commitment training 2x/wk. This ensures your commitment to making the changes you desire. A full-body foundational strength and conditioning program is performed 2X/week to increase strength and decrease body fat.

Monthly Personal Training:3X/WK.............$660

PRs is now offering Personal 1-1 training! Available by appointment Monday- Saturday, PRs is here to bring your health and fitness to the next level using safe and effective training principles proven to yield results. Training in this program requires a one month commitment training 3x/wk. This ensures your commitment to making the changes you desire. An upper/Lower body and core split is performed three times per week and is tailored towards individual needs. This is an advanced training program and should be completed after the 2x/wk program.

Monthly Personal Training:4x/wK...........$800

This is our most advanced training program consisting of four training days per week isolating all muscle groups. Focusing on muscle strength/size with added conditioning for improving body composition is our goal. All training splits are customized and individualized for better results. This program should be completed after programs 1 and 2 unless you have advanced training experience.
